Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Popular dates (May-October, December) fill up quickly. Contact us as soon as you have a date in mind.
What is included in the rental price?
All packages include setup and breakdown, a professional attendant, the digital booth experience, and standard props. Prints are included with Mirror Me packages. See individual package details above for full inclusions.
How much space does the booth need?
Mirror Me: 8x8 ft minimum. iPhone Open Air: 10x10 ft recommended. 360 Booth: 12x12 ft recommended with 8ft ceiling clearance. We'll confirm space requirements when you book.
Do you travel outside Long Island?
Yes! We serve all of Long Island (Suffolk and Nassau Counties) as well as NYC, Westchester, and New Jersey. Travel fees may apply for events outside our primary service area.
Can guests share photos at the event?
Absolutely. All our booths offer instant digital sharing via text or email. Guests can post to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook directly from the booth.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. Contact us for current deposit amounts and payment terms. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.
